VRDJ (2016)

This was a final project for a Virtual Reality class I took. Users become the virtual DJ. Here they can load their own mp3 tracks and mix the two together. There are basic effects such as a fader, filters, 3D equalizers, distortion. DJ's also control the visual scenes. Every scene will react to the music in its own way and DJs can use this to possibly drop a beat while also dropping into a new scene. It adds a level of control that is typically reserved for the VJ. The audience watching the VRDJ can choose to view the big screen through the eyes of the artist or fly across the sound stage of an outside view, similar to an outside venue.
