INFINITY DOOR

2015 - The Infinity Door welcomes each guest to the LAVA lab with a sense of infinite wonder. The device works just like any other infinity mirror, however the illusion can be seen from both faces. The system is made from two one-way mirrors, a single LED strip, and an Arduino Mini Pro microcontroller. Maximum reflection depth was achieved by spray painting the inner spine black. The system runs through rainbow animations generated by the microcontroller. The system is also remotely connected to the Amazon Echo for automated on-off power.
